College University Leadership Skills Training
I had introduced a new college university leadership skills training speaking program based on communication skills recently which is a perfect complement to my other college program on how to get jobs for students. Both are summarized at my college speaker webpage.
Since at this college student level it would be of great benefit for some more hands on type of skills training rather than just straight presentations, I decided to expand these college programs to an optional full day, four hour training seminar. The result is a modular program which includes both my Top Industry Secrets On How To Get A Job In Your Chosen Field plus the new Super Effective Communication Skills For Campus & Career Leadership programs.
These two programs being one hour each can be presented in the morning of a full day seminar. The after a lunch break, two additional related workshops can be run. The first one after lunch can be a practical workshop on job interviews where college students can participate in mock job interviews with each other and even get their performances captured on video for further analysis. Students can try to answer tough job interview questions in a simulated job interview situation.
Then the final workshop can be a hands on one on creating the best resumes where I will take students step by step to draft the best resume possible. Both afternoon sessions are practical workshops based on the skills presented in the morning presentations.
Full Day Of Career Leadership Skills Training
The four sessions are modular so that students on campus can choose to attend any number or all of them if desired. There will be four hours of career leadership skills training available if all four sessions are attended.
