Diversity Talk Plants A Seed For College Students

#college #colleges #university #diversity  — I did another diversity talk yesterday and this time it was for a college audience at Mohawk Vallery Community College in Utica, New York.  One of the main objectives of this talk for college students is that it plants a seed in their minds so that they are aware that in order to succeed in today’s diverse environment, they will have to develop what I call diversity skills.

Diversity skills allows one to interact well with anybody no matter how different they are.  The earlier college students develop such skills, the more valuable they will be perceived in the eyes of their future employers.

My Kick Down Diversity Barriers For Success program is available for both college university audiences as well as corporate professional audiences.
