I was interviewed by a magazine writer who will be doing an article for young job seekers just starting their careers and one of the things I recommended is to prepare to enter a very diverse workplace environment. I had mentioned this same thing during my recent radio interview on diversity since these days given the multiculturalism in our society, social people skills with individuals from all sorts of cultural backgrounds will be required for career success. Hopefully, students will be getting this message before they hit the workforce. Many college students already acknowledge this fact and one example on video is at college student on diversity.
