Over the years, I have developed educational and training programs in a variety of subjects. Effective Self Defense is a video program demonstrating all the self defense techniques for various situations that I teach at my live self defense seminars which I run occasionally.

Effective Communication Skills For Super Leadership is for those who want to be effective leaders whether in a professional working, school or even recreational setting where there are opportunities to be in some sort of leadership capacity to others. This is also a video program which demonstrates different essential leadership communications skills.

The next one is my personal growth title The Life Champion In You which draws from important lessons I experienced from my own life journey from personal tragedy to becoming a karate world champion. This title was the basis of one of my speaking programs and comes in both book as well as audio formats.

Get A Dream Job In Pharmaceutical Sales was for those who aspire to have careers in the pharmaceutical industry which was where I spent most of my past corporate career in. This program which came in book and audio forms was previously offered through a separate dedicated website.

Potty Train Your Puppy With A Litter Box was my all time best seller and also had its own separate dedicated website. It came in both book and video program forms featuring two of my Lhasa Apso dogs Chester and Roxie as the stars. That website also featured a free basic dog obedience training video program also starring my dogs and I might make it available again here in the future.

Beginner Guitar Lessons With Clint Cora is a video program with over 40 different progressive guitar lessons aimed at those who want to learn how to play guitar. This video learning program is currently available via the graphic link to an information webpage for it.

Both An Overview of Canadian Arctic Inuit Art and An Overview of Pacific Northwest Native Indian Art were free ebooks I wrote for my first online internet business which was called Free Spirit Gallery. Upon leaving my corporate pharmaceutical career, I started an online art gallery specializing in both Inuit and Northwest Native art since I love aboriginal art. I plan to make both of these ebooks available for free downloads again here in the future.

The Total Body Stretch program is a stretch flexibility fitness workout I developed from elements of martial arts, yoga, dance and physiotherapy. I take you through the same exercises that I taught at my live stretch classes which I also still teach occasionally. In addition, I offer a free shorter version of my stretch class that you can take from the comfort of your home anytime – just click on the photo or link above.
