Using Diversity In Job Interviews

Recently when I presented ‘Kick Down Diversity Barriers For Success’ for an executive networking group, I suggested to them that one of the most powerful strategies that can be used during job interviews either externally (for new positions) or internally (for job promotions) involves diversity skills. The group thought that was the most important learning point for them. So I decided to write a new article based on this strategy of using diversity skills in job interviews. College and university grads will be able to use this strategy as well.
