I love meeting people right after my talks because the interaction is part of my own personal development too. Of course, this is also when I personally sign books for people too but I get to listen to their comments as well. When I listen to my audience, I get to understand more of the issues that people face each day and think about how I can help them. So I always consider the time for meeting individuals from my audiences after my talks to be an important part of any of my personal development programs.
