Continuing from yesterday on my martial arts background, these days, I specialize in martial arts weapons, forms, and self defense. To give you an idea of what I do, I have some martial arts videos online that you can view. These were created last year so my present forms that I will be taking to this year’s world championships have been improved but I hope to get new footage soon. Since martial arts have been so important to me, they will certainly be a key topic in future talks and writings about motivation.
