Here are the inspirational quotes posted over the last week at my Motivation Facebook page.

“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.” ~ Mohandas Gandhi

“Communication — the human connection — is the key to personal and career success.” – Paul J. Meyer

“I can’t understand why people are frightened of new ideas. I’m frightened of the old ones.” – John Cage

“The secret of success is to be ready when your opportunity comes.” – Benjamin Disraeli

“Almost all quality improvement comes via simplification of design, manufacturing… layout, processes, and procedures.” – Tom Peters

I especially like the quote above by Paul Meyer since it emphasizes communications skills which we all need these days in order to be successful.  Here are some more inspirational quotes from the week.

“It’s not what you are that holds you back. It’s what you think you’re not.” ~ Denis Waitley

“Life’s most urgent question is: what are you doing for others?” ~ Martin Luther King, Jr.

“Be like a postage stamp. Stick to it until you get there.” ~ Bob Proctor

“A person with a new idea is a crank until the idea succeeds.” ~ Mark Twain

“The obstacle is the path.” ~ Zen Proverb

I also really like the one above by Bob Proctor about the postage stamp.  It’s pretty clever!  This is the second week which I’ve summarized inspirational quotes posted from the past week so that hopefully, nobody misses any of these gems.

Of course, it’s even better to get these as they are posted each day to help you get through your days.  You can get these daily if you hit the Like link at my Motivation Facebook page since this is then platform where I post them. I’ll do another summary next weekend on the inspirational quotes I’ll post this coming week.
