One of the things I believe which is extremely important for your personal success and overall well being is to find ways to always wake up happy so you start your days off on a positive note. It doesn’t matter how you do it, just make sure that you do it. Of course, this may seem harder than it is given tough times. But it’s not impossible.
If you wake up feeling happy, you will be better equipped to take on the challenges in your day to day life. I know that this certainly makes a huge difference for me in my own life and personal success.
For example, if you are working on a special hobby, project or play a sport that you really love, maybe put something to remind you of it near your bed so when you wake up first thing in the morning, that’s the first thing you will see. Even though you may not have time in the morning to do that special activity that you really love, at least you know that it’s there and perhaps at the end of a hard day’s work, you can reward yourself with time in the evening to do that activity. It gives you something to look forward to.
Reminders of things or people that make you happy are important first thing in the morning as it makes you grateful each day that you are alive to enjoy them, even if you can get access to them only occasionally. By the way, increasing the frequency of periods that you get access to these will help increase your happiness and personal success.
