Presently, I use three coloured boxes to show the concept of comfort zone expansion in my motivational talk. This is going to be a major topic in my new upcoming book as well. I’m currently working with a computer graphics program to design some diagrams that will illustrate comfort zones much like the boxes I use in my speeches.
