American campuses are getting more diverse each year and this represents both a challenge and opportunity for college students during their years on campus. It is a reflection of American diversity in general now so the campus years can become good preparation for students when they graduate. If college students have the right education and skills on American diversity, they will be better prepared to handle the real working world which has become quite diverse.
